Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA)

The Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts (ASMSA), a campus of the University of Arkansas System, is a two-year residential high school for academically talented 11th and 12th grade students. ASMSA invites applications for Senior Residential Mentor beginning August 1, 2017. This is a ten-month live-in position. A Bachelor’s degree is required, plus one year experience as a Residential Mentor, and a demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication. This position is responsible for the oversight and safety of students. The position includes room and board while school is in session. The work schedule is varied and evenings and weekend shifts are required. Following the first semester of employment, the position also requires employees to begin pursuit of a Graduate degree program, enrolling in at least one course each semester toward timely completion.
